Another successful closing with truly loyal clients. I’ve had the pleasure of assisting these sellers multiple times over the years, starting back in my mortgage days. How can you ever thank someone enough for all the trust and loyalty they’ve shown through the years? I’ve known them for so long that every time I see them, it feels like I’m part of their family. They’re easygoing, friendly, fun, and just all-around great people!
Were there a few hiccups along the way? Yes! Does that make this unusual? Not at all! Have I had plenty of material for my blog over the past few weeks? Absolutely. I think everyone picked up something valuable in the process.
It’s closed, which means it was a success! What an amazing house - contemporary style with four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, cathedral ceilings throughout, and a 3-season room overlooking a stunning in-ground pool with a waterfall. Truly a wonderful place to live and grow up.
My sellers, now empty-nesters, bought a property last year in Newport, RI, and as they put it, “We’re trading our beautiful pool for the ocean.” I mean, could they have the right idea or what?
