๐ One half-squeezed lemon, and then I just put the discard into the drink.
๐ One tablespoon GOOD, OLIVE OIL! Do not buy the cheap stuff, as many are not pure olive oil.
๐ Mix together and slam it back! I do this before I eat any food.
