Google Has Free 411 and Mapping Service

By
Real Estate Agent with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services

Hey, everyone, I don't know about you, but my cell provider

charges me for411 information service.

I just learned that Google now offers FREE 411 service! They can even map it

for you to your cell, if you want! I apologize if this is somewhere on our

friend's ActiveBrad's many tips on Google, but I did not see it before. Click

the link and watch the cool video and use 411 to your hearts content!

This is good to know.  Not only is 411 a charge through most cell providers but I think mine charges you to call AND to connect.  Seems like it gets more expensive everytime I call.

Another free number you can consider is 1-800-FREE-411 ....you have to listen to a quick ad and there you have it.  They even text you the phone number now, at no cost!

Take care,

Stan Barsch

Jay from 1-800-FREE411

Hi everyone,

Just keep in mind that the Google number only provides business listings, whereas 1-800-FREE411 provides business, gov't, and residential listings.  I think it's the residential listings that are crucial when you're trying to move residential property, no?

1-800-FREE411 will also text turn-by-turn driving directions to your cell -- pretty convenient if you, like most of us, don't have a PDA or a web browser on your cell.

Best wishes,

Jay
