How many conversations did you have this week… that actually matter?

Most agents confuse activity with productivity.

They send texts.
They like posts.
They comment.

But none of that creates income.

👉 Income follows conversations.

Real conversations:

  • Where real estate is discussed
  • Where needs are uncovered
  • Where relationships move forward

Here’s the brutal truth:

👉 When conversations drop → income drops
👉 When conversations rise → income follows

This is why inside Agent Coach AI, we don’t track “activity.”

We track:
👉 5 Real Conversations Per Day

Because that’s the lever.

Not motivation.
Not luck.
Not market conditions.

👉 Conversations.

In Agent Coach AI, conversations aren’t optional… they’re scored.
Miss them, and you fall behind instantly.”

👉 “If this hit you, go check out how we track this inside Agent Coach AI: www.AgentCoachAi.com
OR comment ‘AI’ and I’ll show you how it works.

Hi Fernando,

. Many agents confuse computer activity with real productivity. They spend hours posting, scrolling, liking, commenting, updating systems, and staring at screens, yet never have the one-on-one conversations that actually build relationships and create business.

Real estate is still a people business. The agents who consistently succeed are usually the ones who are out and about, having meaningful conversations, uncovering needs, building trust, and staying connected, person-to-person.

Fernando Herboso - Associate Broker MD, & VA I retired prior to the advent of today's AI but I can attest to what you say is true. My success was largely in part to the fact I could/would walk up to anybody and start talking... I had no fear of rejection even when talking to people with fancy titles.

Hi Fernando- I like this!   There's working hard, then there's working smart!  Having real conversations with people are what matters!

Real estate is all about people. Getting in front of them and talking to them. Doing that on a regular basis. Providing material that helps them (and isn't about the agent).

Good afternoon Fernando Herboso - Associate Broker MD, & VA ,

I'm so glad to see your post featured in Carol Williams Saturday Series as I miss it. You nailed it! Real estate is still a people business and everyday you need to be in front of people having real conversations and not hiding behind a computer!

Everyone here is right that its a people business. The part i'd add: the conversation usually isnt what breaks. What breaks is the week after it.

The agents losing deals arent the ones who stopped talking to people. they had the real conversation, it was good, then the week got loud and the only place it lived was memory. three deals deep, memory loses.

so its not people vs computer. Its whether the good conversation you had monday still exists by thursday.
