Anyone can copy and paste someone else's matterial, and I do that sometimes too. The main reason that I copy and paste is to show everyone reading that the information is from a credible source.
I try not to bombbard you with alot selfserving information.
In the State of Ohio there are no requlations. While there are 'some' good home inspection organizations, there are some that just try to baffle you with BS.
God forbid that you would ever have to defend yourself in court, who would you like to say that you recommended? Someone certified by the state (this is for persons in Ohio) or certified on the internet?
I would like to hear your views (opinions).
