This Past Week in Real Estate a Little of Everything

Good morning Sheila and Larry. Must say some weeks you are looking for a needle in an haystack while some weeks you are the agent with the needles for that unique listing. They say variety is the spice of life. Enjoy your day. 

Larry and Sheila, that sums up real estate perfectly—just when you think you have the week figured out, the market writes its own story. Some buyers move fast, some sellers need time, and sometimes the home nobody expected suddenly becomes the one everyone wants. That is what keeps this business interesting and keeps us learning. Good morning, Sheila and Larry... so true... real estate does not follow a script, especially when it comes to selling a home. I've had listings I thought should sell in a NY minute and didn't and I've had listings I thought I'd be stuck with forever that did sell in a NY minute.

Guys, this is as crazy a market (with respect to buyer decision making) I have ever seen. On one hand fear...on the other side multiple offers. CRAZY.

That sounds like a pretty good week!  I don't mind how long buyers or sellers take to be ready as long as they stay loyal, haha.
