Good morning David. A condo with 3 stall parking is comparable to a needle in a haystack in almost any area but even scarcer in Hawaii. Are those 3 tall unit in the rare air upper price brackets? Enjoy your day.
Actually, not bad. One of the ones I have listed is $1.1 million and the other asking $1.2 I just put under contract :)
Hello David... that's an interesting statistic. I don't think I've seen three stalls in our condos in Charlotte ever. Most have one or two depending on the unit you are buying.
