It's True. I Like Talking Sh*t!
Nature inspires us daily in Nerdin Gardens and what we learn about dirt transfers straight into southern Utah business, life and everything in between. Tried and true methods really do matter to prevent the crazy sh*t from taking over the garden plot.
Here's my advice for Spring planting:
Don't Skip the Sh*t Work
Nature gives us the ultimate means to build strong foundations with elements like, amendments, compost and yes, good ol' manure. Mix the soil early, till it in deep and watch the garden take off, same for business. Prep right or pay twice later on.
Stay on Top of the Bullsh*t
Tending daily keeps the weeds and pests from throwing a takeover party. Pull them while small. Good work habits stop little problems from becoming massive. See to your garden and business every day and the workload remains manageable.
Take Care of that Sh*t
Plants thrive when you show up with water, nutrients, and pruning. Consistency is necessary. Skip it and things get whack-a-doodle, weak and disappointing. Fertilize regularly with that good stuff, you'll grow results worth bragging about.
Follow Through With the Sh*t
No ghosting the garden. Plants grow to full-on fruition when needs are readily met. When you show up to do the work, then perform, spectacular things can happen. Weak effort gets some tomatoes, peppers, etc. Full-rounded care brings on the feast.
Reliably Research That Sh*t
People can post anything. Don't believe everything online. Not all gardening tips or business guru's advice is gold, much of it's crap. Cross-check, test it yourself and trust sources that actually grow results in real dirt, not just pretty pictures.
When it all pays off, a grateful mindset means happily sharing the harvest with friends and family, while growing it like nobody’s damn business. Now go talk some sh*t, the good kind, in the garden this season and in business, all year long!
