Friday Flags: Let's Wave for the Lacrosse Team

Good morning Ed. Must say with your level of consistency, the "wind gods" have become your humble servant and we here in the Rain are grateful for it. Keep them coming and enjoying your grandson play sports. 

There is something special about watching grandchildren play sports, even when the weather refuses to cooperate. Lacrosse games seem to move fast enough without adding thunder delays and changing skies into the mix. Still, those evenings often become the memories everyone talks about later.

I enjoyed the observations about the flags as much as the game itself. Sometimes the little details around the field tell part of the story too. Glad you were able to capture the moment with both flags finally catching the wind together before the game was called. Hopefully the teams get the opportunity to finish the matchup another day.

I have only watched lacrosse in person once, and it was fun!  There is always plenty of action on the field!

Glad to see you took full advantage of those two flags proudly waving at your grandsons lacrosse game! Glad you took the time to support your grandson too..it means a world to these kids! 

Ed the American Flag should be flown and the National Anthem played at all sporting events, especially school sporting event

I love it, Ed. I remember a friend from years ago sent her son to school in CT so he could play Lacrosse. There wasn't a lof of that being played in Texas!   As usual, the Wind gods knew you were coming and helped with your photo.

Our grandson in LA has been playing lacrosse for several years now. He really enjoys it and is pretty good per his Mom. We have only been able to see 1 game live given where they live.
