Here's what each of these actually does.
1. Deep Link Your Listings to ChatGPT
Every RealBird single property website now includes an "Ask ChatGPT about this property" link. One click opens ChatGPT — in a new tab on desktop, or directly in the app on mobile — with a pre-populated prompt already loaded and focused on the property and on you, the listing agent.
Why does this matter? Because home buyers are already pasting listing URLs, addresses, and property descriptions into ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. They're asking "Is this a good deal?" and "What's the neighborhood like?" — completely outside your control, with no framing of your listing or your business.
This feature changes that. Instead of the buyer starting an AI conversation with random context, they start it from your property website, with a prompt that knows the property and knows you. You can toggle the feature on or off per listing from the Property Website Settings panel.
This is one of the first practical tools agents have for AIO/GEO — AI Optimization and Generative Engine Optimization — the new layer beneath classic SEO. Owning the moment a buyer first asks an AI about your listing is worth more than it looks.
2. One-Click AI Analyses for Your Listings — Free During Beta
The AI Assist panel in your member dashboard runs a curated set of prompts against your listing data, returns structured suggestions, and lets you apply them back to the listing with a single click. No prompt engineering, no copy-paste, no token counting. Here's what's included:
SEO and AIO/GEO Audit
Most listing pages on the web — yours, Zillow, Redfin, IDX searches — carry nearly identical copy pulled from the same MLS feed. That makes it nearly impossible to compete for traditional SEO, and even harder for AI engines deciding which version of a listing to surface. The SEO/AIO Audit identifies gaps in your listing's search and LLM visibility, generates keyword-focused copy variations that differentiate your property page from the rest, and gives you actionable, applicable recommendations.
Social Media Content Generator

3. RealBird MCP Server — Now in Public Beta
For advanced users, we've opened the RealBird MCP Server to public beta.
MCP — the Model Context Protocol — is the open standard that lets AI platforms like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Agentic AI tools to connect directly to live data sources and take real actions. The RealBird MCP Server is RealBird's implementation of that standard. Once connected, your AI platform of choice can see your listings, look up your leads, search your contacts, and work with your RealBird account in real time, in plain conversation.
The difference between a generic AI assistant and one that knows your actual book of business is the difference between a calculator and a business partner. You can ask Claude things like "Which of my listings have been on the market more than 21 days and need a refresh?" or "Draft a follow-up email for the lead who inquired about my Greenwich listing last week" - and the AI actually has the data to answer.
Where it gets really interesting is when you chain the RealBird MCP Server with other connected MCP tools. Combine RealBird with Canva to generate a Facebook ad creative from a live listing.
