For the month of June, home sales in Montgomery were as follows:
22 Single family houses settled totaling $8,434,000 in total volume.
5 Condo units settled totaling $1,026,00 in total volume.
The majority of the home’s that sold in Montgomery went under contract within the first 30 days on the market.
The numbers presented here in my opinion shows great evidence to buyers and sellers in Montgomery that the market in the area is still moving, and the activity is there.
