Here is a restaurant many people love and the same time many people don’t know about. Thai Ruby you might have walked by when at Lake Sumter Landing. Been there a few times, always have enjoyed my meals. Michelle has had the different Curry’s for me I am more of a Thai Noodle kind of guy, Pad Thai, Pad SE EW, and Drunken Noodle. We both enjoy Sweet and Sour Sauce; you pick what you want to put it on. They don’t have a website but you can find them on Facebook, just do a search for their name. This from their page:
