Good morning and thank you for the photo and listings! Our neighbor captured a young moose on his trail cam a week or so ago. They are unusual to see in this area!

Hello Kat Palmiotti  I am not sure why but we seem to have more Moose than usual this Spring. The Mother moose are giving birth right now and there are a lot of twins! It is really fun to watch the little ones

Great picture, Debra. Those moose sure are B-I-G creatures. I used to see them wandering the streets in Colorado when our younger daughter and her husband lived there.

It's always nice to see wildlife in their natural habitat rather than in a zoo.  I don't know that I have seen moose on the loose, but I have seen quite a bit of deer, haha.

Hello Debra Leisek - Love. your photograph of the adorable Moose at play! You reminded me of my years in Maine and all the Moose Stories I heard. There was a shop I loved visiting called "The Cool Moose!" I would buy gifts for my kids and hide them until Christmas Eve when I placed them under the tree. 

I was also in a van with friends in Maine late at night going down a dark road that led us back to Wyonegonic Camps. I was in the front seat when a GIANT MOOSE jumped out in front of the vehicle and scared me half to death! The driver stopped in time, but then drove slower. I was so grateful we didn't hit the moose or I wouldn't be here today!

I really love that "Daniel Boon," log cabin! I would love to live there! But, seeing I can't, I hope you get it sold ASAP! I wish you happy sales!!! I may not be able to buy another home elsewhere, but I can still dream and have fond memories of wildlife!!!

We have had so many moose this year... lots of Baby Twins being born! They are so wonderful  to watch.  Of course, when they run right across the highway in front of you that is not fun!  Worse yet is when they are so close you almost hit them. They can take a car out for sure. 

I am hoping we find a Daniel Boone for that sweet cabin. Those folks have taken such good care of the home.
