Total available listings gained 1.8% for the week ending  May 30, 2026, from the same period of time in May of 2025.

Time on the market unchanged 0 day for the week ending May 30, 2026, from the same period of time in May of 2025.

Median listing prices declined 2.3% for the week ending May 30, 2026, from the same period of time in May of 2025.

New listing in the market lower 0.5% for the week ending May 30, 2026, from the same period of time in May of 2025.

Good morning John. The report has the red estate market in general looking good. The median price decrease is likely do the other inventory pricing of units brought to market and not a decline trend to cause a frenzy. Thanks for the update. Enjoy your day.
