That's A Spicy Meat-A-Ball!
Today's menu includes: homemade, Spicy Italian Meatballs using fresh green peppers and sauce made with stewed tomatoes from Nerdin Gardens. Just remember to cover your meatballs in case someone sneezes, to avoid losing them.
The following is a true story! 👀
On Top of Spaghetti
On top of spaghetti, all covered with cheese
I lost my poor meatball when somebody sneezed.

And then my poor meatball rolled right out the door

It rolled in the garden, and under a bush
And then my poor meatball was nothing but mush.

And then the next summer it grew into a tree.

The tree was all covered, all covered with moss
And on it grew meatballs with tomato sauce.

So if you eat spaghetti all covered with cheese

Not only can you add meatballs to spaghetti, a meatball sandwich also hits the spot! Take some freshly baked hard rolls - round or oblong, make a cut on top and form a nest to hold a slice of provolone cheese at the bottom. Add 2 meatballs, top with sauce and grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
