Getting ready to buy a home?

One of the best ways to keep your transaction moving smoothly is by staying mindful of your credit throughout the process. I have to admit that even I was guilty of this the last time I made a business move in real estate.

Great advice, Peter! I love your transparency about making a small credit slip-up yourself—it just goes to show how easily it can happen to anyone. Protecting your credit score during a real estate transaction is absolutely vital, and having a knowledgeable professional to guide buyers through those potential pitfalls makes all the difference. Great post!

Peter Mohylsky, Broker I have seen financing go sideways, because the Borrower did something to cause the credit score to drop, or the debt-to-income to increase.
