The weather cooperated, the beaches welcomed visitors, and communities stayed busy with yard sales, graduation parties, and summer plans.
Larry and I met with two new condo buyers. Showing them some condos that just hit the market, but none were what they had hoped they would be. Patience is needed here in this market. We also may have a new home seller in the works so look forward to hearing back from them.
Just steady progress all around, making memories, helping a senior client get ready for a move, and enjoying life on Long Island. Sometimes those are the best weeks of all.
