We went from Just Listed to Sold in 30 Days!
This successful sale was for a repeat client of mine. I had the privilege of representing him, as his buyers agent in 2016. He wanted it sold fast and for a good price, as his tenants were leaving at the end of May & also didn't want to make a June mortgage payment. We listed the property in early May as soon as his tenants him notice & we coordinated a plan for showings & photos. There were multiple interested parties, and we sold for 99% of the listed price to a cash buyer who met our preferred closing time frame.
