The Impresa Modular Delivery Platform

By
Home Builder with ImpresaModular.com Licensed Nationwide

The modular housing industry does not need another company saying modular is faster, better, or more efficient. We have been saying that for decades.

What the industry needs now is delivery infrastructure.

That is what we are building at Impresa.

The Impresa Modular Delivery Platform brings together four operating parts that each solve a different bottleneck in housing delivery.

Impresa Modular serves the homebuyer and turns consumer interest into buildable modular home projects.

Impresa Modular Pro supports developers, builders, investors, housing organizations, municipalities, and nonprofits that need to deliver housing at greater scale.

Impresa Modular Franchising expands local market capacity by equipping operators with the systems, tools, training, brand, and support needed to execute modular projects on the ground.

iMedia Group builds industry knowledge through media, training, webinars, professional education, and platforms that reach the people who influence whether modular projects succeed or fail.

Underneath all of that is something most people overlook: factory capacity and factory relationships.

Impresa has existing strategic partnerships and relationships with 30+ modular factories. That gives us the ability to align projects with the right factory based on geography, product type, code requirements, schedule, transportation, and project scope. It also gives us the ability to project housing volume across most of the United States.

No single factory can solve America’s housing shortage. Housing is regional. Codes are regional. Transportation is regional. Local execution is regional. A true national modular strategy requires a connected network.

That is why the sister entity to
ModularHomeSourcePRO.com, the soon-to-be-launched Institute for Residential Offsite Construction, also matters.

Certifications help realtors, appraisers, lenders, inspectors, building officials, architects, engineers, developers, and builders operate from a stronger common knowledge base.

This is the future of modular housing.

Not just factories.

Not just plans.

Not just sales.

A coordinated ecosystem for housing delivery.

Ken, you hit the nail on the head. The modular industry has spent decades proving the "faster, better, more efficient" point, but without the delivery infrastructure and a connected network, it's impossible to scale effectively. Building a coordinated ecosystem that aligns regional codes, transportation, and factory capacity—complemented by the education from the Institute for Residential Offsite Construction—is exactly what is needed to move the industry forward. Fantastic overview of the future of housing delivery!
