National Homeownership Month
June is National Homeownership Month, and the City is helping first‑time homebuyers take the next step with its Downpayment Assistance Program. Eligible applicants purchasing within City limits can receive up to $40,000 in interest‑free, deferred assistance to help cover down payment and closing costs.
