I had been in most of the week, waiting for a phone call (and if they called, I needed to be near the computer). Woke up Sunday, and for the first time since I have been here (one month), it was overcast and cooler. YAY, time for a walk then. A couple days it got up to 90 around here, which was pretty darned warm with the humidity.
So, thought I knew some streets I had not walked down, so went exploring. As I approached the Promenade and the ocean, I could hear music. There was a pretty large gathering further down the beach, so off I went to see what was happening!
Still not sure why or what it was, but there was live music, people dressed up in costumes and sure seemed like a party! The music was good, so I stayed for a while and enjoyed it. There had to be 2,000 people enjoying the music!
You just never know what you will find!
