Would You Rather?
Ten rounds of impossible real estate choices, a running Chaos Meter, and a survival rank at the end. No right answers. Just commission-based character development.
You know the week. Two buyers, one lender who's gone quiet, an inspection report that reads like a horror novel, and a seller who wants to know “any updates?” before you've had coffee. We all live some version of it, and most of the time we just put our heads down and grind through.
So I built something to make us laugh about it instead.
It’s called Client Chaos: Would You Rather, ten rounds of impossible real estate choices, a running Chaos Meter, and a survival rank at the end.
Take it for a spin, screenshot your rank, and tell me in the comments whether you came out a Chaos Champion or barely escaped with three unread texts.
Why I bothered building it
Beyond the fun, there's a real reason I keep coming back to this format. Questions get people talking. A post that asks something gets more replies, more shares, and more “oh I HAVE to answer this” energy than a post that just announces something.
And “would you rather” sits right at the top of that pile, it’s already a favorite in real estate conversations because the choices are personal, a little absurd, and impossible to scroll past without picking a side.
This-or-that posts work for the same reason. They give your audience the easiest possible thing to do: pick A or B. No essay required. And when you wrap the question in a clean visual, a graphic, a split image, a simple card, engagement climbs even higher, because the eye stops before the thumb does.
The quiet payoff is what those answers tell you. Every time someone picks a side, they're telling you what they actually value. That's gold whether you're entertaining peers or sizing up a new buyer.
Your move
Go play Client Chaos , see what kind of agent you are under pressure, and pass it to another agent who needs a laugh between showings.
And when you do, tell me your rank below — plus the one “would you rather” you'd add to the next round. I'm collecting the most unhinged closing-week scenarios you've got.
