The May 2026 housing numbers continue to show encouraging conditions for homeowners considering a sale in Crofton.
🏡 Single-family homes recorded just 0.9 months of inventory, with properties selling for a median price of $765,000 and an average of 102.79% of the original list price. 🏘️ Condo and townhouse inventory increased to 1.5 months, but the market remained competitive. These properties sold for a median price of $390,000, averaged 100.3% of the list price, and also recorded a median of just four days on the market.
