While the dip in average prices and lower inventory levels suggest buyers are being more cautious and price-sensitive, it's clear that the market is still very much in motion. And the news about Morgan Stanley potentially moving into Uptown is huge—that kind of corporate investment is exactly what keeps a region like Dallas competitive in the long run. I might recommend a book I'm reading but I'll spare you my take on favorite television series that I have been known to watch multiple times, (Suits, Lincoln Lawyer, Bosch, Reacher, The Diplomat...) and I will not rant about timid drivers who are not collaborative or people who talk too loudly on their cellphones in public because SOME things are sacred. : )
