Chicken Fingers with a Twist !!

By
Real Estate Appraiser with PB APPRAISALS

I made this up the other evening and it turned out great...

I made an egg and milk wash, dipped chicken strips in the wash and then coated with a mixture of seasoned bread crumbs and dry Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing (I bought it at Sam's Club)

I fried the chicken strips in canola oil.

I then made the Ranch dressing according to the directions on the container and served it for dipping, they were easy and they were a favorite, especially with the kids...

Try it, you'll like it...

Patrice- We have been making these a similar way for years... I LOVE THEM :-D.

Another great eat using chicken that is different (ok I got the Idea from McDonalds, but stopped buying theirs because they were never cooked all the way and they changed the way they cooked them... started cooking them with the fish, and chicken that taste like fish isn't so good lol).

Anyways do the same thing you did to the fingers but use chicken breasts (a.k.a. crispy chicken) toast a hamburger bun, and cook some bacon. Put the chicken on the bun, put a little (or if your like me alot) of ranch dressing on top of the chicken, with bacon on top of that then put on the top of the bun (also if your like me you can put ranch on top of the bacon and even on top of the bottom of the bun... yup I love ranch dressing lol).

Patrice - me and Kona do get to snuggle plenty.  We snuggle at sundown, she naturally wants to do this before she goes to bed.  And later I'll wake her up for her night time poop, then bring her in on the couch as we watch TV.  She gets to snuggle and play until our bedtime.  No way will we let her spend the night in our bed - that's bad training.

This sounds scruptious Patrice. Chicken sticks with Ranch dressing is the best.
