The average number of days on the market was 58 days. The range in June for the previously owned home was 1 to 375 days. The average price per square foot of all previously owned homes sold is $258.81, down from last month's $265.06.
New construction homes: only one newly built townhome sold, at Addison Grove. It was on the market for 241 days and sold for $795,000 for a 3 bed, 3 ½ bath townhome.
