My Baltimore sellers traded in their Baltimore semi-detached home in the City for a single-family 3-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath split foyer with a garage on 2/3 of an acre with well and septic.
Things we learned along the way:
Even if the buyer waives the inspections in a multiple-offer situation, the lender may still require a well and septic inspection, even with conventional financing.
Homes are selling just as fast in Pennsylvania as they are in parts of Maryland, and very few sellers will accept a home sale contingency.
