Looking for the right Real Estate Professional Anywhere in the Country? Start With Someone You Trust.
People often ask me,
"Do you know a good Realtor in...?"
The answer is almost always yes.
For nearly 20 years of my career, I've had conversations with real estate professionals from across the country almost every day. Through those conversations, friendships have formed, reputations have been earned, and I've built a nationwide network of professionals I'm comfortable recommending.
So, if you're moving to another state, or your children, parents, friends, or coworkers are, start with me.
Just tell me the state, city, or town ZIP code
Then give me a little time to make some phone calls.

Whenever possible, I'll connect you with someone I know personally. If I don't know the right person in that specific town, I'll reach out to someone I trust who does. I don't just pick a name from the internet.
The same goes for lenders, settlement attorneys, inspectors, and other professionals. Chances are, I know someone, or someone I know does.
One piece of advice I always give people is this:
Don't choose a real estate professional simply because you saw their face on a billboard, bench, bus, flyer, television commercial, or heard them on the radio. Marketing tells you they're visible. It doesn't tell you how they work.
Instead, ask for references from recent clients. Not one. Several.
If an agent has helped dozens of people, they should have no problem providing the names and phone numbers of recent buyers or sellers who are willing to share their experiences.
Ten questions that really matter.
- Did your agent communicate with you regularly?
- Were phone calls and texts returned promptly?
- How were showings handled?
- Did they explain the process before each step?
- How did they negotiate on your behalf?
- When problems came up, and they usually do, how were they handled?
- Did inspections go smoothly?
- Were there any surprises before closing?
- Would you hire this agent again without hesitation?
- Is there anything you wish they had done differently?
Those answers will tell you far more than any advertisement ever could.
Buying or selling a home is too important to leave to chance.
A trusted referral is one of the best investments you can make before you ever sign a contract.

If you're looking anywhere in the country, let me help you make that first introduction. I'd love to connect you with someone who will take great care of you from the first conversation to the closing table.
