Gwen Fowler SC Lakes & Mountains 864-710-4518 thank you so much, Gwen, for the compliment. I've always believed that our job is not to spout numbers and statistics... it's to interpret them for our clients and prospect so they can make appropriate decisions.

Good morning Nina Hollander, Broker a very well thought out detail report for Ballantyne. I am not seeing prices going down here as well, the price of construction materials are ver high right now. Buyers need to think carefully if they can afford it or not and if they can, just go for it. The prices may be higher next year.

Katina Hargrove 352-551-0308 hi Katina... I've given up trying to predict anything when it come to real estate. Builders here are offering some excellent deals right now and higher commissions to get inventory moving.

Good morning Nina. The agent who understands that when some numbers show a decline the market is still on an incline is also the agent that knows where the margins are for buyers and how to properly price for sellers. You are in that minority for sure. Enjoy your day.

Wayne Martin thanks, Wayne... and I'm afraid this is just too true. A lot of agents don't really understand the numbers.

A lot can change in a year, and it is interesting to see that the average sales price hasn't changed much at all.

Brian England hi Brian... by the same token the media price is up quite a bit and sooner or later it will impact average prices, too.
