The Sandpoint Realty Friday Flag returns, proudly overlooking Highway 95 between Sandpoint and Bonners Ferry, Idaho, showcasing North Idaho's scenic beauty and patriotic spirit.
The wind was blowing when this photo was taken, so the banner isn't hanging quite as it normally does. However, yesterday's light drizzle cleared much of the smoke from our North Idaho skies, leaving behind a crisp, beautiful backdrop. I'd much rather share a clear, smoke-free photo than wait for the banner to hang perfectly.
The setting for the USA flag seems to capture the very essence of North Idaho. Viewed from the highway, it rests gracefully on a natural shelf, with the lush green hillside rising toward it, framed by towering trees and brilliant blue skies beyond. As for the truck itself—it really needs no introduction.
