Someone said the other day - have a great weekend? I laughed, does it matter? Every day is a weekend, or a Friday however you want to look at it! SO nice to be retired and do what you want almost every day!
Tuesday this week, my friend David and I will take the train to Lagos and do a boat cruise for 3.5 hours to the Benagil Caves. I have been there, but was beautiful would absolutely do it again. David has only been to Lagos, and on ground only, so didn't see the caves.
I still won't be kayaking, but will take a boat with 20+ other people. It still will be fun!
On another note: Before I left Colorado, I had to change phone providers, as any American phone company will cancel your service after 90 days off American soil. SO, had to do some research, and thought US Mobile was my best route.
This week, I sporadically I could not get into my voicemail, and when someone called, it went straight to voicemail. On Thursday, no less than 20 emails, I still could not access my voicemail, so they set it to default and said when I get back to the US, you can set up the vm! WHAT? SO, will have no voicemail now. Today, I cannot make calls either. SO, I paid for one year in advance, and all I can use is texting. OH BROTHER. Need to go on Reddit and relay that info!
It has been a bit frustratiing this week, my seat on my moped would not open either. SO, cannot get the battery out to recharge. Emailed the dealer, and he came out right away, and said he will order a new locking system since I had trouble in the beginning with it not locking. He will pick my bike back up sometime on Wednesday I think.
I know I am ready for something for fun --- some grins, laughs or chuckles -
