July is a hot month but this Peanut Butter Pie hit the spot

Taking a second dessert for tonight to friend house .

My Mother had a way with cooking, baking and more.  Here is one of her recipes that is easy to make and keep frozen if your have friends come over at the last minute.

4 oz. Cream Cheese

1/4 cup powder sugar

1/2 cup Peanut Butter

1/2 cup milk

Mix above ingredients and fold in 8 to 9 oz Cool Whip.  Pour into 8 inch Graham Cracker crust and freeze.

Remove from freezer 1/2 hr before serving.
