Good morning Manfred. Highlighting that the vast majority of buyers use financing rather than paying all cash is such a great reminder for prospective purchasers to explore their options early. Thanks for sharing this helpful breakdown!

Good morning Manfred. Using other peoples money to make money is as old as dirt itself. As a loan officer for a bank catering to high end clientele, I made loans to people who had enough cash to buy their hime ten times over. One commented that why use my money when I can use yours. That was back in the day when you could borrow money in the 7% range but use your cash to get a greater return. When times demand some will pay cash, but most need to finance. Enjoy your day.

Manfred, I agree, I think at most in Denver I only saw 25% of the homes sold were paid with cash.

Good afternoon Manfred Lewis Leslie Horne & Associates ,
The 74% statistic sounds true and accurate. My grandson and wife just purchased their first home and they took a loan out and are thrilled to now be building equity rather than paying their landlords loan off!
