33 homes sold in Portsmouth in June:
- 19 single family homes,
- 13 condos, and
- 1 mobile home.
Year-to-date, 134 homes have sold in Portsmouth, NH:
-60 single family homes
-70 condos, and
- 4 mobile homes
In addition, 16 Portsmouth homes went pending with active contracts in June.
