Sandpoint Realty Friday Flag special this week for a couple different reasons.
While I enjoy every one of my Sandpoint Realty Friday Flag photographs, this one holds a particularly special place in my heart. A former client who has since become a very close friend proudly displayed their patriotism over the Fourth of July holiday—and I was fortunate enough to capture it.
What makes this photograph even more special is the setting. Their home is wonderfully secluded, situated on more than five acres and tucked away at the end of a private road. Aside from the homeowners themselves, the only people who may have enjoyed this patriotic display were perhaps the occasional delivery driver.
That, in its own way, makes the display feel even more meaningful. It wasn't put up for an audience—it was simply a heartfelt expression of patriotism, proudly displayed at home.
