Everyone suffers or can suffer from a mind that is never still. What happens is your emotions start to drive your thoughts making for unreliable, even negative effects. Then, when you are constantly in thought, seeking answers or trying to escape reality, the mind accepts that training via usage to do so. Either way, the mind races, to where, who can say, but it makes no sense
YOU ALLOW THIS
By not stopping this event. It is called tacit behavior or in this case, a severe case of non-stop tacitly applied living. It reaches the point where it can start to dumb you down, then numb you to awareness & people surrounding you. How? You are not in the moment. You may be in the room, but in your race-car type mind off & running, gunning & to what end? If not stopped, this takes place:
CONTINOUS LOOP
The mind then goes into instant replays, familiar past, present & future events (imagination) attaching a type of collar with a leash where it binds you to a system that controls your entire behavior called: think, feel & react. False life & living
MIND NEVER INTENDED FOR THIS USE
If you have ever been to a carnival or fair where they have rides that support dizziness, spinning, movement to thrill you specifically needing your systems to be effective. It is the same as you spinning around & round until you stop & drop lol
PULL-OVER
When a moving car pulls off the road, it slows & then stops for a reason. A different experience or use of the car takes place for various reasons. Same with the mind. Stop it recycling thought until you reach a focus, then stillness, to regain control
SOME NEED MEDICAL HELP
I know of a guy who let his mind take over, develop a speaking voice within his head, and nearly drove him crazy until he was prescribed medicines to stop all this. If he stops the meds, the voices come back. Otherwise, he is a decent fellow
OUR MINDS
Should be more like a visiting library providing that is how you want to use it. I prefer using intuitiveness, common sense, reason & logic allowing these dynamics to flow through me not come from me. My mind is rarely consulted except to explore or change course. Putting the body organ, whatever one, in its place, is the responsibility of the steward or one in charge of the care or well-being of self
OUR DEFAULT IS CALMNESS
If you don't provoke or summon the emotions, or activate over-thinking that results in analysis paralysis, the state of us is naturally calm. Think observing & watching instead of reacting or being swept up or away with an event. Steady
AMBITION CAN CAUSE MIND-RACE
When we set our minds to task, using will power, control, manipulation or lying, cheating & stealing, our minds rise to the unholy cause. Dark forces encourage this. There is a simple offset, even a cure, by adopting this very simple belief
Be not anxious for anything but expect everything. Accept this by faith which doesn't corrupt but summons greater powers to help us & the seeking outcome. What you do is do all you can, whatever that is, & wait the results to play out or the lack of results, in which case we tweak & begin again, another faith-based gifting
WANT & NEED
If you summon "worry" to drive your wants & needs, you have now compounded all dynamics to work haphazardly & not in your favor. Mish-mosh comes to mind. Worry has no power unless we give it, so instead of worry, use what you have & don't doubt that it won't be enough, it will be. Just shift systems & stay the course
Let's test all this. The mind is the cheapest form of travel able to take you on a magic carpet fantasy ride within itself. Why start it just to end it. If you let your mind go, you go with it, to where, who knows where, but it is on its way. Woe-stop
WORTHY NOTE: Truth & emotions is like oil & water in that they don't mix or function when forced. Emotions also tend to distort the truth, under or over amplifying an event or experience. Separate fact from fiction when you can
Seek a center, a focus where you observe, ask questions when prompted, becoming carefree & not outcomed based. Don't exist to be used, live to have life
