Not quite Jeffrey DiMuria 321.223.6253 Waves Realty ! The focus on earning green designations is indoor air quality, water quality and conservation, energy efficiency and using sustainable materials. In my house, I don't have carpet due to allergies and I recommend that for anyone as it traps the most awful stuff. But also, I recommend buying air filters with a MERS rating of 6 or less to minimize dust and dander, but also to keep the static pressure on your HVAC low so not to stress your AC during hot summers and cold winters!
