The average number of days on the market was 75 days. The range in July for the previously owned home was 1 to 194 days. The average price per square foot of all previously owned homes sold is $264.95, up from last month's $258.81.
New construction homes: two newly built townhomes sold, both at Addison Grove. One was on the market for 84 days and sold for $826,000 for a 4 bed, 4 ½ bath townhome; the other was on the market for 159 days and sold for $675,000 for a 3 bed, 3 ½ bath townhome.
