IF YOU ARE DOING WEBINARS TRY THIS NEW SOFTWARE
Miss Grant so much here in the Rain but it is always good to catch some of his great blogs. I talked to him a number of times on the phone and always learn something from him.
As some of you may know from a previous post I have been working with a social media strategist. Together we are helping businesses use social media to get better results. We had done an introductory session using Google Hangouts. Some of you may have used them. It is a great platform, and of course, has great Google juice. But then my partner found an even better solution, a webinar software platform called Webinar Jam.
This software has much more functionality than Go To Webinar. Not only that but Go To Webinar can cost as much as $499 per month. This product currently has a small annual fee. As of this blog they are even running a special price.
Webinar Jam works on top of Google Hangouts but you do not have to go to Google Hangouts to set it up. It is completely self-contained or you can imbed it on your WordPress or Joomla web site. You can set up a sign up page similar to the one below or you can create your own.
You can have up to 10 presenters on a webinar and an unlimited number of participants. I have purchased it and used it for two webinars. I was very pleased with the ease of use. In addition, the webinar is automatically recorded for people to watch afterward and it ends up being placed in your YouTube channel.
