Colorado just released some information about water levels in areas around Colorado that I found so distressing.
- Denver has experienced the worst drought in 26 years this year
- Many reservoirs in the area are experiencing their worst years -
Lake Powell - 4th Lowest in years
Lake Mead - Record low
Lake Dillon - 4th lowest
Blue Mesa Reservoir - Record Low
Granby - 11th low
Dillion is currently 40% down, and no longer has a marina
Colorado is 75% of their normal water supply
Is this the new normal? Climate change?
