Every year, without fail, my New England Patriots schedule postcard becomes one of the most popular touches I send to my sphere.
It’s funny, out of all the market updates, home tips, newsletters, and community guides I share, this simple little schedule consistently steals the show. I’ll get calls, emails, and texts from clients, past clients, friends, and neighbors thanking me for sending it. Some even tell me they’ve placed it to the fridge, tucked it into their planner, or pinned it to a bulletin board.
And if I’m even a little late? I hear about it. “Kelly, are the schedules coming?” “Did I miss it?” “When’s the Patriots postcard arriving?”
That’s when you know a touch is working - when people ask for it.
In real estate, staying connected to your sphere is everything. Industry experts often recommend 36 touches per year, but realistically, most agents succeed with 12–18 meaningful, memorable touches.
The key is consistency and value and this postcard delivers both. It’s useful, it’s local, it’s fun, and it reminds people that I’m here long before they need to buy or sell.
