Good morning Manfred. I have had buyers look at new construction where the builder is selling what you see is what you get units ready for occupancy. And some choose one and see another or just pass and move on. Flooring can make or break a deal. Enjoy your day.

Wayne Martin - Yep, and we have lots of developers that don't give buyers any choice at all- the finishes have been decided- end of story. A small number of larger developments have allowed for a hint of choices on finishes- i.e. even numbered floors have cabinets and countertops using one set of colors and odd number floors have a different color for the cabinets and countertops- but that is the extent to buyer choice of finishes.

Yep- absolutely agree. In Manhattan, buyers and owners overwhelmingly agree that they want real hardwood floors- finished on site- mostly either white or red oak.
