My mom birthday would of been yesterday and I was holding a dinner party with friends for her. What could of gone wrong. The oven when out on Friday night, I called a repair company first thing on Saturday morning. He got here by 9:30, took the oven apart and after 30 minutes he said the oven to order a new mother board would be $409 and would not have it till Monday.
Well my mother would always say to come up with a new plan.
Option one: would be to call out for Italian food for 8 people.
Option two: cancel the dinner party for a couple of weeks.
Option three: the stop top was still working so instead of homemade Lasagna, do up spaghetti instead.
Option four: instead of Peach Cobbler, make a peanut butter pie and a cherry cheesecake both do not need to be bakes.
The dinner party when on and they all enjoyed to food.
