Creative Ways to Display Your Special Treasures
In the past, I’ve written about rotating your collections so they don’t overwhelm your home. Here are some creative ways to showcase them.
A friend’s husband grew up in Texas and spent much of his childhood at their family ranch. He’s saved his childhood chaps…dirt and some blood still on them. Instead of letting them sit covered in a box, she had them framed! Everyone who visited loved seeing them on the wall.
Our good friend in FL was nicknamed Curly. One day, he presented Larry with a T-shirt with Larry (of the 3 Stooges) on it. He’d purchased a Curly T-shirt for himself. Larry loved the T-shirt and wore it all the time. It was almost on its last legs, so I had it framed.
Another friend’s son was ecstatic when he was given the game-winning baseball of a game he’d pitched. He’s all about baseball, so she had the baseball placed in an acrylic cube.
