Just click on the appropriate link below to go straight to the property fraud alert sign-up screen for your county. This service is provided by the county and will notify you if a document is recorded with your name on it. If you own properties in different names register all of the names including business names, LLC's, etc.

The county will email you with a link to documents that have been recorded with your name, so you can review the information. This does not prevent fraud from occurring, but this service will alert you quickly if your name appears on a recorded document. Make sure you enter your name as it appears on your official property records. Be sure to check any alerts you receive right away just in case it is a fraudulent record. If you have a more common name, you may receive alerts more frequently.
