The active listed inventory of homes lower 1.5% in July of 2026, from July of 2025; and the new listed homes declined 2.9% in July of 2026 from July of 2025 in Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim, California.

Houses stayed 1 more days in the market in July of 2026 from July of 2025 in Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim, California.
