Volunteer Coaches Needed in Gaithersburg
We’re seeking enthusiastic volunteer coaches to help guide our youth and teen sports programs – and you don’t have to be a pro to help make a difference! Just bring your passion for helping kids learn and grow, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Why volunteer? Coaching is a rewarding way to make a positive impact, help young athletes build confidence, and strengthen our community. All volunteers will be required to complete a background check, and all coaches will receive a training through the Positive Coaching Alliance, giving them the tools and confidence to succeed on and off the field. All coaches will be asked to attend a pre-season coach’s meeting to discuss season expectations and league rules as well.
