I am still a member of the South Metro REALTOR board, so we get the stats for the past month.
It is hard not to be able to look up things on the MLS since I canceled my membership, but not really needing it, thought it was best.
Here are the stats for the Denver metro area for the month of July 2026.
My REALTOR friends are saying it is pretty darn slow out here! But sure nice to see values increasing.

I don't see anything wrong with 22 days median on market and 3.4 months of inventory isn't bad either still way below 6 months! Not a bad market. To me August can be slow with the kids going back to school so guess will see the difference in August.
Dorie Dillard Austin TX it usually is slow in August, just as you say - kiddo returning to school, last vacations, etc.
I am no longer a member of my MLS since we need to be a REALTOR® to use it, and I'm no longer one (since I'm referring only). I really miss having the data!
Kat Palmiotti I miss having the data too, but gettig better at using Zillow to look up some things. I am still a REALTOR, as I pay Board dues, but not MLS.
I bet it is fun to look at the Denver stats knowing that you no longer need to worry about them :)
Jeffrey DiMuria 321.223.6253 Waves Realty in a way, and still miss it some days. When I do, I just go for a walk on the beach, have a drink - sometimes Sex on the Beach, and remember, I am now retired. It doesn't matter!
