On August 11, 2026, the National Association of Realtor (NAR) reported that a median home value price was $434,100 in July of 2026 increased 2.0% from the price of $425,700 in July of 2025.
Single family home sales were at annual rate of 3.69 million units in July of 2026 declined 1.9% from June of 2026, but higher 0.8% from home sales in July of 2025. The median single family home price was $440,300 in July of 2026, gained 1.9% from July of 2025.
Condominium and co-op sales were to an annual rate of 370,000 units in July of 2026 unchanged 0.0% from June of 2026, and same as 0.0% from July of 2025. Median existing condo price was $371,800 in July of 2026, increased 2.2% from July of 2025.
Distressed homes sales were 2.0% in July of 2025 no change from 2.0% in June of 2025, and same as from 2.0% in July of 2025.
