There were 263,170 single family homes sold in California in July of 2026 dropped 6.0% from 279,880 in June of 2026, but higher 1.1% from 260,250 home sales in July of 2025.
The average price for a square foot was $434.00 in July of 2026 below from $436.00 in July of 2025 in California.
There were 3.4 months supplies of available inventory of single family homes in July of 2026, up from 3.1 months in June of 2026, but down from 3.7 months in July of 2025 in California.
An average it took 26.0 days to sell a single family home in July 2026, increased from 23.0 days in June of 2026, but decreed from 28.0 days in July of 2025 in California.
